Easy Pancake Recipe

What you'll need to make around 10 pancakes

100g plain flour
2 large eggs
1 tbsp caster sugar (15grams)
250ml milk
2 tbsp melted butter (30g), cooled and not hot hot.

    Method
      1. Ideally sift the 100g flour into a bowl with a pinch of salt. Create a well in the centre. In a second bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar, milk and cooled melted butter till all mixed together, then pour into the well. Using a whisk or ideally an electric one, whisk the liquid into the flour until you have a smooth batter.
      2. Heat up some butter or oil in a frying pan. Add a ladles worth of batter swirling round and covering the bottom of the pan.
      3. Cook each pancake for 60-90 Seconds, then flip over for a final minute on the other side. As the pancakes are ready, layer them between sheets of nonstick baking paper or just get stuck right in while making the next.
      4. Top with Sugar, Lemon, Nutella or whatever takes your fancy.
