TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR VISITORS

The website www.baldbaker.co.uk is owned by Scott Parker trading as the "Bald Baker" ("us","we","our")

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you have any queries about these please get in touch using the contact us page or email us at orders@baldbakers.co.uk

The following constitutes a legal agreement between a visitor ("you") and us with regards to our website service, the terms of which are set out below. You must be at least 18 years of age to agree to and enter into this Agreement on your own behalf and to register for use of this Site. If you are under 18 but at least 15 years of age, you must present this Agreement to your parent or legal guardian. Children under the age of 15 may not register on this Site, and parents or legal guardians may not register on their behalf.

When purchasing a product or registering on our Site, by placing an order you are in acceptance of this Agreement, you represent that (i) you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement and (ii) you are at least 18 years old, either entering into this Agreement for yourself or entering into it on behalf of your child or a child in your legal care. If you are a parent or guardian entering this Agreement for the benefit of your child, please be aware that you are fully responsible for his or her use of this Site, including all legal liability that he or she may incur. Each registration is for a single user only. If you do not agree to (or cannot comply with) any of these terms and conditions, do not place and order or register on our Site.

Our Site is established to enable you to chose and purchase products from our Site ("Products) that we offer for sale online.

Cancelling An Order.

Due to the nature of our products, We will accept any cancellation of orders prior to 8pm two days before collection or delivery for example Wednesday 8pm for Friday deliveries. To cancel your order you must email orders@baldbaker.co.uk before the cancellation deadline. A refund will only be made to the same credit card with which your order was placed. You will receive written confirmation via email of the cancellation of your order. Refunds can take up to 4 weeks to be processed back to payment method. If you cancel after the period then you will not be entitled to a refund except for any delivery fee's.

Prices & Payment

The price to be paid by you for any Products will be as shown on our Site except in cases of obvious error. We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you invoice/placed an order, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as an incorrect pricing.

Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already been placed or quoted. Quotes are valid for 30 days then they become invalid.

Payment for all Products must be by credit, debit card, apple pay, Google pay or via paypal and those accepted by us are those listed on our website on the date when your order is placed. We will send you an order confirmation upon receipt of payment.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by your card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or for any reason does not, authorise payment to us, whether in advance of or subsequent to a payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of the Products ordered.

Orders must be fully paid before any products are collected or delivered. We do not accept cash on delivery.

Availability, Delivery & Collection

The Products ordered by you can only be delivered to the shipping address provided by you to us, or collected by you from our business address 13 oxgangs broadway, EH13 9LQ.

If for any reason you find yourself unable to collect your order we will retain your ordered products for collection by you for 48 hours. Products kept will be kept in their original packaging and will not be changed for fresher products.

In order for us to hand over the ordered Products upon collection, the recipient must provide to us the valid Order Confirmation number.

Returns/Refund Policy.

In the unlikely event your order comes damaged you must email us with photographic evidence within 24hours of receipt. In the case of damaged goods you must retain the damaged Products and all packaging for inspection by us. Once we have accepted the damages we will produce you with a credit note for future purcases.

Since taste is a very personal matter and subjective we cannot accept the return of any Products merely because you do not like the taste.

Due to the nature of our products we do not offer refunds.

The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.

General terms

The Products will be at your risk from the time you collect the Products from our shop or we deliver them to you.

We have the right to revise and amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press.

Buy 2 Traybake's get 1 old school cake traybake FREE

Customer must buy any two of FULL SIZE of our standard traybake collection found under "traybake's". Offer does not include half sizes or Gluten Free traybake's. You must place at least 2 FULL SIZE traybake's into your cart along with a FULL SIZE Old School Cake for the promotion to work. Discount is then applied for you to see in the cart. No other offers or promotions can be used in the same order. Your "FREE GIFT" is only on our FULL SIZED old school cake traybake. 40% off second Letter or number cake

Promotion is only valid when customers purchase two of the same same type and colour of cake. Both cakes must be purchased at the same time in the same order. They must be delivered to the same shipping address or picked up at the same time.
